Project Monitoring
Act as the representative for A2Z Environmental during asbestos abatements in designated workspaces.
Follow instructions from company managers.
Monitor during asbestos abatement projects.
Collect PCM and/or TEM air samples and properly record chain of custodies, daily logs, drawings and maintain involvement in project oversight and monitoring requirements of asbestos abatements in compliance with Federal, State, and Local laws.
Position entails travel throughout New York State (excluding New York City).
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company equipment and conduct and adhere to A2Z Environmental LLC. policies and procedures.
Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.
Inspector
Act as the representative for A2Z Environmental during asbestos inspections at designated projects.
Building construction background is required for this position.
Drawing plot plans of inside of buildings with measurements will be required during sampling.
Follow instructions from company managers.
Collect bulk samples to be analyzed for asbestos, properly record chain of custodies, drawings and submit samples to lab, per requirements in compliance with Federal, State, and Local laws.
Climbing a ladder is required for this position.
Position entails travel throughout New York State (excluding New York City).
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
